Caroline Burgard, 87, of Indianapolis, died peacefully on March 5, 2012. In 1947, Caroline married her loving husband, George D. Burgard, who preceded her in death. Survived by children Linda Priso and George Burgard, granddaughters Jennifer Morgan and Charlotte and Emilie Burgard, greatgrandchildren Evan George and Olivia Caroline Morgan, sister Frances Smith. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. and services at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012 at Northminster Presbyterian Church, of which she was a long-time member. The family thanks the staff of Hooverwood for their wonderful care of Caroline over the past 3 years and requests donations in lieu of flowers to Hooverwood, 7001 Hoover Rd, Indianapolis 46260. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Harry W. Moore Funeral Home.
